Returns
Where the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 applies to the products, and you wish to make a claim under that Act, you must return the Products to us so we can inspect the Products and identify the source of the fault and whether it is able to be repaired or remedied. Subject to Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, it is your responsibility to cover any costs of returning the products to us.
TacPro does not accept returns as a result of a change of mind, incorrectly ordered product or excess product following completion of works.
