Delivery and Dispatch

You acknowledge that all Product is shipped to you by our distribution centre in Sydney. We will take reasonable measures to ensure that the Product is delivered as close as possible to the target delivery date (within 4 - 5 business days), and to the address specified on your order. We will endeavour to give you notice of changes in the target delivery date.

All risk and ownership of the Products shall pass to you at the time we try to deliver the Product to you. If you fail to accept delivery for any reason or if we are unable to deliver the Product, risk and ownership of the Product shall nevertheless pass to you at the time we try to make delivery. We shall have no liability to you for any losses arising because of delay in the delivery of the Product, whatever the cause of the delay.
